Looking at the stats of the blog, I see the audience is coming from many various countries. So I wanted to say hello everybody.

After the first few posts, I would like to ask some feedback from visitors about this blog. Do you use the playlists for your own workouts? Do you like the music style? Anything I should change?... Another good source for cardio tracks

Today I wanted to share with you another good source I visit regularly to get ideas on music track I can use for cardio:

The Dee Jay Promotions site

On this site, you will find, among other the dance charts for the scandinavian countries (Sweden, Finland and Norway) as well a global scandinavian dance chart. Each chart lists 40 tracks, and you can also consult the charts for previous weeks.

I typically use the mentionned BPM value for defining the priority of the tracks I check first (E.g on YouTube) for targeting music style I like (house for instance, generally around 125 BPM) against the one I don't like (hardcore techno, generally over 125 BPM)
