For this first album suggestion, I've selected one from a label which I feel is one of the best for finding great cardio music: Ministry of Sound (MOS)

This album is made of 3 CDs: Jog, Run and Sprint so you can combine tracks for rythm variations during your workout. Since I'm far from being a fan of hardcore electronic music, my favorites tracks are mainly located in the two first CDs.

My Cardio Music Blog

It is a while I'm thinking creating this blog. I've spent sometime trying to find a similar site but could not really find what I was looking for ... so I've created mine. The idea is to share the music I like to listen for my workouts and get as much as possible comments, reactions, feedback, your tracks suggestions, etc.

I hope this site will become with time one of the best recommendation sites for this particular type of music.
